NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Exchange Administrator to join our team in Bluemont, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will assist with the implementation of the enterprise EaaS (Email as a Service) utilizing Microsoft Exchange Online and related technologies. The candidate will then provide O&M support for the Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 Servers. The following defines roles and responsibilities for the Exchange 365 administrator:

* Assist with the implementation of advanced functions of Office 365 including security, governance and compliance [e.g., DLP (Data Loss Prevention), IRM (Information Rights Management), MDM (Mobile Device Manager), E-Discovery, In-Place Hold, Retention Tags, and Encryption]
* Assists in defining and documenting the technology solutions to support any future business needs
* Serve as lead for certain projects related to the implementation and maintenance of the Exchange 365 Online

Required Experience & Skills:

* 20+ years of experience with no Degree, 12 years of experience with an Undergraduate Degree, 9 years of experience with a Master's Degree.


* 4+ years of Exchange experience in an enterprise environment
* 4+ years of experience managing Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 Servers
* 4+ years of experience with IIS, Active Directory, DNS, Message Trace Tools, MX and SPF Records, Block Lists, SPAM, Email Filtering and Virus Protection
* 2+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Office 365
* Demonstrates specific knowledge of networking fundamentals as it relates to Exchange
* Ability to serve as a project lead for tasks/projects associated with Exchange
* ACTIVE Top Secret clearance required

Desired Skills:

* Working knowledge of enterprise messaging administrative concepts (installation, disaster recovery process, database utilities, public folder replication, FSMO role holders, and OWA and Front End/Back End knowledge)


* Expertise with Microsoft Windows client, Windows Server, Mobile device technologies


* Experience with and understanding of mail transport fundamentals (POP/IMAP/SMTP)


* Experience with PowerShell
* Strong background in networking is required


* Excellent organizational and project management skills


* Strong written and verbal communication skills
