ERP Support Specialist

Job Description

As the go-to person for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, you will assist users at all levels to navigate through the systems in order to achieve their business objectives. You will be a key member of the application support team, helping to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain data processing solutions to enhance the ERP systems.

The Job

* Provide in-person, telephone, or remote technical assistance to ERP system users.
* Answer questions and resolve problems through the IT ticketing system. Triage inbound support tickets.
* Identify problems, research answers, and guide users through corrective steps.
* Analyze and troubleshoot issues reported by end users.
* Create or update ERP system support and business process documentation.

What you bring

* A passion for applying technical solutions to business needs.
* The patience and enthusiasm to work with users across multiple departments at all skill levels. Excellent communication skills are a must.
* An understanding of business processes and ERP security subsystem.
* A High School diploma and one year of IT support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proficiency in standard office software tools (Microsoft Office and Mac).
* Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
