Sodexo has a new opening for an eProcurement System Lead at our North American headquarters in Gaithersburg, MD.

This position will be required to assist in the onboarding of new suppliers into the e-procurement tool. The ideal candidate must have the ability to manage multiple onboarding opportunities in multiple venues and deliver onboarding on time.

Additional Responsibilities:

* Assist with requirements and design of BirchStreet supported The Market Connection (TMC) application. Work with vendor to describe Sodexo requirements and processes to configure and develop a solution that meets Sodexo and Entegra business needs.
* Assist with requirements of the TMC application. Work with developers to ensure the end product meets both Sodexo and clients' needs.
* Direct and update Supply Management leadership and staff on projects impacting TMC and supply management.
* Collect, document and prioritize enhancement requests and tasks.
* Validate functional processes related to the procurement life cycle.
* Seek out ideas and opinions from various sources and individuals to improve the procurement process.
* Communicate project status and potential problems to team members and department leaders.

Position Summary

Establish business project plans, processes and procedures for defining, prioritizing, tracking, assigning, testing and rolling out activities in support of current and future business needs in support of electronic procure to pay systems and business processes. Define, manage and coordinate project plans and timelines across multiple resources and functional groups including Supply Management, Accounts Payable, Information Technology, Ariba, Suppliers in support of Sodexo eProcurement systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years experience in projects related to implementing and supporting business software systems
