Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Application Analyst for our EPIC Radiant team in our Yonkers, NY office. In this role you will perform:

* Analysis of user needs and requirements;
* Application installation and testing;
* Application problem resolution;
* Writing user documentation;
* Management report creation.

Responsibilities:

* Interface between the departmental users/clients and the various divisions of MIS;
* Provide day-to-day operational support, advanced application troubleshooting support, coordinate modifications and updates, recommend improvements and increase efficiencies, provide pro-active monitoring & maintaining accurate and current documentation for Epic Radiant and other applications/systems/solutions provided and or supported by the Radiant Team.
* Assist with coordination of vendor activities including software installation;
* Test new systems, version upgrades, interfaces and other system modifications;
* Provide 24 x 7 on-call coverage for user support on a rotating basis;
* Travel/commute throughout all facilities within the Montefiore Medical Center hospitals and other Montefiore IT clients, as needed;

Requirements:

* Certification in Epic Radiant is strongly preferred.
* Prior Epic Radiant experience or RIS experience
* Familiarity with the workflow associated with a Radiology Department
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, vendors peers and management
* Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Work well in a team environment
* Meeting all requirements for Epic certification is a condition of employment
