Seeking analyst certified (minimum) in Epic Prelude, Cadence. Certifications or proficiencies in RTE, Welcome, Benefits Engine, Referrals highly desired.

Knowledge if revenue cycle from scheduling and intake through claims desired. Understanding of Security templates and subtemplates, security points desired. Job requires working both independently and in teams, managing projects, analysis, build, documentation and communications to ensure milestones are identified and met. Build includes (but is not limited to) Workqueues and WQ rules, Benefit grouping and settings for benefit engine. dashboard and scorecard build, registration checklist Verification and Confirmation rules, add existing Visit Type and creating new visit types, visit modifiers and scheduling blocks. Management of resources for scheduling including provider restrictions. Printer Mapping. Batch reports. Building questions and questionnaires for Welcome and Cadence. Changes and updates to ensure regulatory compliance. Working with end users to define needs and providing exceptional customer service. Break/fix issue management. Follow prescribed change control standards. All phases of testing including test script development. Working with training team to develop training tools. Job requires occasional "On call" duties (approx. q. 5 weeks).

Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years as systems analyst or equivalent experience. Lab experience is needed. Recent/relevant project management and technical experience in applicable module of EpicCare System. Good communication skills, ability to work independently. System implementation experience required and experience in managing a systems project from initiation to completion. Preferred experience in Epic implementations including progressively responsible assignments in system analysis functions.

Education: Bachelor's degree or an additional 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Training: Robust systems analysis and design experience.

Certification: EpicCare Certification/ Proficiency in appropriate module(s) within 6 months of hire to configure system.

Special Skills: Information Technology related project management and computer skills (Microsoft Office) required. Verbal and written communication skills, technical knowledge of coordinating, configuring and building healthcare IT to drive quality improvement goals. Knowledge of the regulatory requirements for health system EHRs.
