Postition Summary:

Responsible for providing high level of analytical support and database management with strict adherence to confidentiality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilites:

* Routinely analyze and interpret on-board vehicle video
* Assign follow-up to local operational management
* Routinely prepare & present data findings to management by computer reports, graphs, charts, tables, written reports or others
* Design, develop and maintain various Microsoft Excel speadsheets
* Support and maintain Information Systems for the collection and analysis of liability safety performance data, and process data into periodic reports for Administer Information Systems database and vendor video management software, and provide end user support
* Use Risk Management Information
* Business process documentation and re-engineering
* Manage various assigned projects, which may include research, analysis, compiling information and recommending actions
* Develop slides and other presentation materials using Microsoft
* Communicate in written and verbal form with executives and all levels of employees within the organization, as well as external customers, vendors and government/statutory
* Maintain confidentiality of organizational and employee
* Develop and maintain organized filing systems and create files for risk and safety as needed
* Handle incoming telephone calls by screening, delegating and/or handling the caller's Provide general information regarding Safety & Risk Management policies and practices. Voicemail and email retrieval as well as logging of messages as appropriate
* Frequently requires drafting correspondence with minimal Copy, type, send/receive & distribute facsimiles
* Support National Director Safety & Risk Management and other staff members as needed
* Adherence to and compliance with information systems security is everyone's It is the responsibility of every computer user to: Know and follow Information Systems security policies and procedures. Attend Information Systems security training, when offered. Report information systems security problems

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Licensing/Certification:

* Associate degree required. Bachelors' Degree preferred

Experience:

* 2 or more years experience in data analysis
* Demonstrated experience with computer graphics presentations and flowcharts
* Advanced working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheet Excel certificate preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and problem resolution
* Must have strong organizational skills
* Experience managing multiple priorities, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
* Must have effective oral and written and strong interpersonal communication
