Premium Support Services (PSS) is a dynamic team of product, industry, and workflow experts responsible for delivering our Enterprise Priority Support services to our most strategic customers. We provide technical guidance, analytics, thought leadership, and hands-on, root-cause problem resolution to help and inspire our enterprise customers to maximize the business value and adoption of their technology investments.

PSS is part of our Customer Success organization and our 2000 person Worldwide Field Operations division.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be an IT generalist with broad experience and working knowledge of a wide variety of IT domains. In this role, you will partner with our most strategic enterprise customers and apply your knowledge and experience to ensure their IT infrastructure is optimized for the best possible experience with Autodesk's products and services.

Responsibilities

* Establish and maintain working relationships with enterprise customers as a technical trusted advisor.
* Proactively partner with enterprise customers to ensure successful deployment, licensing and performance of Autodesk cloud and desktop products.
* Utilize knowledge of the customer environment to resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Prioritize critical technical issues and ensure the most effective resolution of all issues.
* Perform root cause analysis and implement strategies to reduce recurrence of issues.
* Partner with Designated Support Specialists to provide holistic solutions that require deep knowledge of IT domains and Autodesk products.

Minimum Requirements

* You have 3 years' experience administering or supporting Windows Desktop and Server infrastructure, including Active Directory and Group Policy
* You have a working knowledge of on-premise (VDI) and hosted (DaaS) virtualization technologies (Citrix, VMWare, Azure, AWS, etc.)
* You have a strong understanding of internet and network infrastructure technologies (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing and network security)
* You have hands-on experience with application deployment packaging and distribution using SCCM, GPO, Altiris and other common deployment tools and methods
* You have a working knowledge of Identity Management and SSO
* You have experience scripting using VB, PowerShell, .NET, C, or C

Preferred Qualifications

* You have experience administering Autodesk applications in an enterprise environment
* You have experience with FlexNet License Manager and/or FlexNet Manager reporting
* You have done technical consulting or technical project delivery for large, demanding clients
* You hold MCSA/MCSE certifications in Windows, Windows Server, Cloud, Productivity, or Mobility
