This role will serve as an escalation point for System Administrators, other operations teams and application analysts in resolving complex technical issues. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams and systemarchitects to develop and document solutions for the IT organization. This role will also participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

* 10+ years of experience required; preference toward large enterprise environment.
* Solid oral and written communication skills
* Must have the ability to train and mentor others effectively

Education Requirement:

HS GED - Required

Bachelors Degree - Preferred

License/Cert Requirement:

MCSE 2012 RD Preferred

Mid-Level cert in ancillary technology or platform (CCNA/CCNP, VCP-DCV, CISSP, CCP-V/N/M, or equivalent).

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
