Job Title: Enterprise Integration Engineer

Job Summary: The Enterprise Integration Engineer will be responsible for leading the delivery of advanced building technology and analytics solutions for leading companies and will be responsible for collaborating with a team of engineers and graphic artists to drive integration engineering tasks. In addition, the position will be responsible for introducing engineering efficiencies for smart buildings, and energy management systems and aligning integration standards to promote engineering excellence and elevate productivity. The ideal candidate is proactive, result-oriented, and highly collaborative. This role requires excellent interpersonal communication skills, the ability to influence change, and supporting quality control across integration functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Support engineering workflows of integration activities for cross-platform and multi-protocol solutions utilizing easily scalable and extensible architectures.
* Analyzes integration scenarios and identifies opportunities for technically innovative solutions and improvements.
* Provide technical guidance and design strategies of associated integration of hardware, software, and networking technologies to promote efficient engineering excellence and quality metrics for the automation and graphics engineering team.
* Contribute to company technology strategy in streamlining and standardizing integration delivery efforts for all project levels, with a special focus on implementing new technology to improve the occupant experience.
* Proactively anticipate technical risks and design/implement error handling and other mitigation techniques to ensure customer integrations are consistent with quality standards and full adhere to established specifications.
* Perform quality assurance on projects, including areas of commissioning, design, architecture, and program coding.
* Manage Building Analytics solutions (Skyspark, Schneider Buildings, Kaizen/CopperTree, ect) to enterprise companies.
* Oversea Building Analytics product engineering and application of advanced analytics performed on major mechanical, metering, lighting, and other building management systems to identify equipment and system malfunctions, energy savings opportunities, control sequence inefficiencies, and operational risks.
* Contribute / Assist in the development of Energy Conservation Measure's (ECM's) from key analytics insights and support delivery with energy calculations, savings projections and ECM narrative descriptions.
* Contribute / Assist in performing measurement and verification activities, including historical utility billing analysis and facility benchmarking analysis to verify baseline, implementation, and actual energy savings.
* Support existing workforce Information Technology inventory.
* Deploy new Information Technology hardware.
* Actively participate in LEED commissioning and coordination meetings.
* Contribute / Assist the design and implementation of end to end building automation hardware and software solutions, including controller selection and layout, sensor selection and layout, network architecture layout, detailed articulation of sequences of operations, BAS scope of work documentation.

Qualifications:

* 10+ years of experience with control system design, development and management.
* Strong understanding of the design and operation of mechanical equipment and system.
* Experience procuring, implementing and managing scaled deployments of Niagara networks, including licensing and version control, compatibility requirements, vulnerability patching, resource monitoring and troubleshooting, architecture additions and expansion best practices
* Experience developing custom works within the Niagara developer framework
* Direct experience and skills using Tridium Niagara AX and Niagara 4, including Niagara 4 certification, integration of a wide variety of 3rd party devices including proprietary and non-proprietary protocols, complex wire sheet programming skills, comprehensive understanding and skills managing Niagara databases, including platform management and services, station configuration and management, and efficient station to station importing of schedules, histories, alarms, and point data, and graphics and visualization
* Solid understanding of information technology as it relates to building automation including experience collaborating and communicating with other IT personnel, experience and know how prescribing reliable, secure communication pathways and network subnetting configurations, familiarity and comprehension of common IT tools such as routers, switches, firewalls, and media converters
* 5-7 years' experience with multiprotocol integrations with M2M/IoT platforms utilizing BACnet, LON,
* Modbus and other communication protocols
* A minimum of 5 years' experience with successfully managing enterprise level projects.
* Strong IT (Networking Server/Client Workstations) and server hardware background is desired. N+ or CCNA certification is desired.
* Ability to interface with customers at a supervisory and management level.
* Engineering skills required include knowledge of engineer engineering (CEM desired) electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and computer programming.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good computer skills, understanding of controls networking.
