As an Enterprise Architect, you will be a strategic thought leader focused on how technology can enable organizational objectives. As a bridge between Premera's strategic leaders, in IT and across the business, you will ensure that corporate strategy and goals are exceeded. Your knowledge, experience, and evangelism will shape the future of the enterprise.

What you'll do

* Provide informed advice and support to senior IT leadership on technology capabilities that will enable the business and Premera customers
* Contribute to and influence overall Business and IT strategic roadmaps
* Analyze business context and trends along with requirements and architecture viewpoints to lead collaboration in the development of enterprise wide solutions
* Compile, deliver, and evangelize end-to-end technology, patterns, roadmaps, and models to drive the evolution and disruption of healthcare

What you'll bring

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or 4 years' experience in information technology
* 10 years' experience in IT architecture design and implementation with at least 5 years' experience in an area of specialty
* Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments with knowledge of all components of an enterprise technical architecture
* Extensive experience integrating applications and services using industry standard integration practices
* Experience within a health insurance organization is preferred
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
* Respected leadership skills
* Ability to translate business and technology needs into solution architecture requirements and with ability to apply multiple technical solutions to business problems
