Job Description

Must-Have • Minimum 15 years IT experience, with at least 5+ years' in relevant Service Delivery and Relationship management

* Ability to seamlessly collaborate with Client' Business and IT stakeholders to proactively seek opportunities for growth in Digital Tracks
* Ability to conduct discovery meetings, collect requirements and gain customer confidence by positioning ideal solutions
* Ability to engage and develop partnerships with client SMEs across assigned business segments
* Ability to engage with internal teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously across different time zones
* Lead delivery teams utilizing agile techniques, includes SCRUM , KANBAN and backlog management
* Experienced with large scale transformation programs and/ complex maintenance services in a managerial profile
* Excellent Contract Management and Negotiation skills includes conflict resolution skills
* Strong understanding of Program and Service Management including ITIL Process
* Excellent People Management skills
* Excellent Consultative, Communication, and Presentation skills
* Experienced with Onsite - Offshore Delivery Model.
* Knowledge on Agile and DevOps
* Knowledge on Cloud Essentials (preferably Azure )
* Technical background ideally within Managed Services and IT outsourcing industry.

Good-to-Have • Maintains a broad and current knowledge of the industry on MS Products and Solutions.

* Certifications such as Prince2, PMP , SCRUM or similar
* Enterprise Architectural Certification - TOGAF or similar

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Contract Management for existing and net new line of business

2 Assist promotion of pre-sales assets and solution in coordination with internal teams into relevant business segments at client organization seeking growth opportunity

4 Define, recommend the right / optimal solutions as necessary to meet customers demand

5 Manage cross functional and multi project teams engaged into various program tracks

6 Present agreed solutions to business to get buy-in on the strategy and roadmap for demand generation

7 Should be able to work with Senior Executives of Client Organization and able to drive solutions and proposals
