Position Overview

As a member of the Aclima team, you'll be joining a growing group of web application developers, database developers, data scientists, research scientists, mechanical engineers, and electrical engineers. We are looking for an embedded systems engineer who loves to get his/her hands dirty and build. You will be asked to write linux device drivers, play in low power wireless networking stacks, tear apart hardware, and bring up new PCBs. In essence, you will be paid to do the fun stuff!

Qualifications

* 5 to 8 years of hands on work experience.
* designed embedded software for low power applications.
* C/C++/Assembly/Python skills.
* PCB bring-up and electrical/software debug experience.
* mastery of MCU peripherals. (clocks, power management, timers, counters, PWM, ADC, USB, I2C, SPI, …)
* experience with wireless software stacks. (802.15.4, Bluetooth, WiFi, ANT)
* written linux drivers and userspace applications.
* used software Source Control tools extensively (Git, SVN, …)
* used networking tools (WireShark, wireless packet sniffers, logic analyzers)
* legal authority to work in the United States
