Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

METTLER TOLEDO Process Analytics is a worldwide leader in pH, dissolved and gaseous oxygen, dissolved CO2, conductivity and turbidity solutions for process analytical measurement systems in the chemical, food & beverage, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. We are a leading supplier to end-users and system integrators for liquid analytical measurement solutions to control production processes.

The eBusiness Specialist for the Process Analytics Division will be responsible for day-to-day management of the Division's eBusiness demand generation programs. You will work with a matrix team spanning Billerica MA, Switzerland and Poland. In addition to writing, editing and proofreading site content, you will work closely with global partners to optimize our programs and implement innovative solutions for traffic and lead generation.

This position requires up to 10% international travel

Scope of Role:

* Create, develop and manage content for organization's web presence (requires working with content management software)
* Coordinate with our global specialist for Search Engine Optimization to implement best practices. Monitor rankings of key Maintain the relationship with our central Search Engine Advertising team, and work with them to manage keywords, adtexts and landing pages.

Actively manage conversions rates and costs.
* Maintain regular reporting on lead generation, and work with partners in business units around the world to support achieving of lead targets.
* Act as the main liaison between the central-function eTeam and the Process Analytics Division.
* Represent the division at eTeam meetings, and complete tasks from the eTeam as requested to ensure division compliance with global processes.
* Support the optimization of METTLER TOLEDO's presence in social media including YouTube and LinkedIn.
* Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties.
* Work with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties.

What You Need to Succeed

Requirements:

* At least 3 years of experience in managing content and production for professional websites
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Web Design/ Graphics Design or related field
* Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Creative Suite) skills
* Flexibility to participate in meetings across time zones

Additional Skills:

* Experience with popular content management systems, Adobe Experience Manager
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Ability to create new ideas for campaigns and to think "out-of-the-box"
* Keen to work in an international environment; Multi-lingual would be an asset
