Foundations Recovery Network's mission is to be the leader in evidence-based, integrated treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders through clinical services, education and research. This role will be located at your regional office in Brentwood, TN. Foundations Recovery Network is part of the behavioral division of UHS.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a talented and experienced email marketing specialist to take the lead with our email marketing strategies. This position's main duties include strategizing and executing all email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases and creating newsletters. As an Email marketing specialist, your role is to reach a variety of targeted audiences through email campaigns and inform them about our services and events. We currently operate using SalesForce Marketing Cloud, so experience with this platform is a big plus, but is not required.

Bachelor's Degree Required

3-5 years of Related Experience

Knowledge:

* Proven work experience as an email marketing manager or digital marketing specialist
* Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS and content management systems
* Proficiency in marketing automation technology
* Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
* Familiarity with analytical and database tools
* Good understanding of database concepts and segmentation
* Strong project management skills
* An ability to work under tight deadlines
* Degree in marketing or related field
* Experience with email marketing tools such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Exact Target, Emma, Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp
* Knowledge of the behavioral healthcare field a plus, but not required

Skills:

* Ability to write queries and target specific audiences
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Ability and desire to learn quickly
* Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
* Ability to think critically and problem-solve
* Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team

* Experience with generating campaign reports
* Strategic digital marketing mindset
* Ability to collaborate with team members and effectively communicate needs
