SIG is seeking an experienced ERP project manager with expertise leading implementations for the Ellucian Banner® suite and other peripheral products for colleges and universities. Required Qualifications of the Banner® Project Manager:

* Five to seven years of experience with managing initiatives for Banner® and related projects
* Demonstrated experience managing and leading clients through complete implementations of the Banner® software suite
* Experience managing the development and implementation of software enhancements, maintenance programs, and new releases of these products
* Exceptional written, oral communication and critical thinking skills
* Experience effectively communicating and reporting at the executive level
* Experience using project management tools such as MS Project to plan and track large, complex projects
* Ability to organize and lead multiple projects for more than one client simultaneously
* Proven experience serving as a project lead and motivating teams to action

Responsibilities of the Banner® Project Manager:

* Provide overall leadership for projects
* Track and report on project budget
* Establish a project plan that is suitable to the size and scope of each assigned project
* Schedule and manage SIG resources assigned to projects
* Work with client to ensure appropriate client resources are assigned to project; manage all implementation teams
* Provide advisory services to support change management for the organization
* Track project progress and provide regular status reports to project sponsors and other executives as appropriate
* Escalate project issues and identify potential setbacks in a timely manner
* Work with client to develop a risk management plan
