About your role:

Editor Experience Specialists are responsible for social and technical programs that can engage Fandom's readership and turn them into satisfied and productive contributors to their communities. This is accomplished through constant interaction with our vast and varied community, gathering feedback to iterate upon various programs Fandom runs to support and reward our user base. Individuals in this role are self-driven, adaptable, and creative problem-solvers.

You will…

* Design, launch, and maintain programs designed to convert website visitors into website contributors.
* Methodically test solutions to various new user problems and iterate upon findings
* Engage with users of various skill sets, interests, and technical backgrounds on our platform and a select set of real-time chat in third-party tools.
* Be part of a larger team that focuses on user engagement and happiness, assisting with overall team planning and projects.

You have...

* 2+ years working with online communities.
* Strong written communication skills, both in technical and creative writing.
* Flexibility to adapt
* Experience drawing conclusions from analytics
* Functional understanding of HTML and CSS.
