The EDI Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the daily Customer Order Processing flow which includes customer purchase orders, ASN's and invoices. This position will sit in our Parsippany, N.J. office.

Main Responsibilities:

* Monitoring and fixing Daily IDOC Errors
* Managing and Ensuring successful transmission of Warehouse shipping Orders such as EDI 940
* Maintain the cut-off deadline for submitting orders
* Receive feedback from warehouse regarding exceptions and advising the warehouse of product allocations
* Respond to all raw data requests from customer service Team
* Monitor daily EDI 860, 824 and 864 transactions
* Verify EDI 940 daily delivery report after comparing data received from 3rd Party to Ferrero DN's transmitted the day before
* Manage all EDI admin group emails both internal & external

Who we are looking for:

* Fully versed in of All EDI Transactions used in a corporate environment, food, FMCG industry.
* Knowledge of SAP ECC and IDOC Processing.
* Ability to build spreadsheets and work with all MS Office applications.
* Problem solver; "achiever" result-oriented.
* Ability to work under pressure; multi-tasker.
* Excellent in a team; very good communicator.
