About the Job:

The eCommerce Associate Analyst provides IT support directly to Taco Bell restaurants and customers by developing, testing, and troubleshooting software and hardware applications and technologies. You will also provide production validation testing, production defect analysis, and managing issues to ensure IT initiatives are delivered and maintained successfully. As a key team member on the eCommerce team, you will also be a part of the exciting deployment and support of innovative technologies that will support Taco Bell's business goals and aggressive growth plan.

The Day-to-Day:

* Provide extensive root-cause analysis and recommendations for issues identified during proactive monitoring and production verification testing in the field and all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Perform defect analysis.
* Create documentation and provide training to the Service Desk on supported applications.
* Continuous collaboration with Service Desk to help reduce call volume.
* Resolve and communicate high visibility internal and field escalations.
* Attend meetings representing the Production Services team as a Subject Matter Expert.
* Identify trends and recurring issues across multiple tickets.
* Collaborate with Development, QA and product owner groups on defect triage and enhancements.
* Adhere to problem management practices that focus on prevention of future issues.
* Provide support for after hour restaurant activities such as upgrades and implementations that may occur on weekends, evenings or holidays.

Is This You?

* BS in Computer Science or IT related concentration.
* Experience with eCommerce platform support.
* Strong proficiency in Windows.
* Strong understanding of SQL.
* Understanding of Point-of-Sale (POS) technology.
* Understanding of mobile and web applications.
* Excellent general knowledge of computer and networking technologies.
* Experience with development, QA testing and software deployment are highly desired.
* Demonstrated strong communications skills
* Demonstrated strong teamwork skills working with small technical teams
* Exceptional problem solving skills
* Ability to quickly understand an issue and prioritize its effects on the business.
* Highly adaptable in a changing environment.
* A drive for results and customer focus
* Self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
* Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, and/or multiunit chain/franchise environment a plus
