Job Description

Description:Information Technology (IT) Integrator Lead responsible for leading a team of IT professionals managing all aspects of IT services supporting the Advanced Development Programs in Palmdale, CA. The IT Integrator Lead serves as the primary POC for the Palmdale Integration team and IT support organizations for IT requirements and IT related matters. This includes performing business case analysis to validate customer requirements against budget and existing priorities. The IT Integrator Lead has primary responsibility for managing programs to budget targets, ensuring that Aero IT reviews, provides inputs, and estimating for new business initiatives. The IT Integrator Lead is responsible for ensuring IT services are delivered for day-to-day operations, offsite deployments and ramp-up/ramp-down changes to the program and developing and maintaining documented IT processes and procedures. Responsibilities include setting IT execution priorities based upon the Program commitments and goals and developing metrics to ensure the health of IT processes and services.

Basic Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to lead by influence. Knowledge of IT processes, Infrastructure, Services and Information Assurance accreditation processes and requirements. The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The ability to effectively work within a team environment. Project Management experience including scheduling and budgeting resources. Ability to coordinate large complex projects

Desired Skills:

The ability to develop meaningful and effective relationships both with customers and within the Aero IT organization. A proven track record of leadership by influence. Knowledge of the Aero IT organization and its processes. Strong IT technical and Information Assurance background with a functional knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) architecture. Security + and/or CISSP certification is a plus. The ability to effectively work within a team environment.
