Responsibilities

* Ownership of product activation and assortment, product detail page copy, markdown/promotion application and execution.
* Implement process improvements to create greater efficiencies for the above.
* Ownership of on-site cross-sell product recommendations and opportunities.
* Ownership of site navigation, taxonomy, on-site search and SEO efforts to provide best customer experience using analytics and best practices.
* Provide ongoing A/B testing to continually improve upon customer experience, site content, drive business objectives to increase traffic, conversion, and brand awareness.
* Support Merchandising Operations Manager with tasks related to inventory receipt, promotions and customer service.
* Provide ongoing research and generation of ideas via competitive analysis for best-in-class digital experience, including but not limited to: site content, merchandising, curated shop experience, emails, blog and social media.
* Awareness and knowledge of general fashion market trends and retail practices.
* Own all site merchandising efforts, both automated and curated, including the scheduling of site content, trend shops, and user generated galleries.
* Provide thorough and timely QA for all site content.
* Cross-functional collaboration and project management with Creative Services, Design, Web Development and Merchandising teams.

Qualifications

Minimum experience:

* 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce merchandising, business practice and technologies a requirement

Physical Capabilities:

* Visual acuity
* Sit for extended periods of time in one position
* Ability to stand and maintain mobility for long periods of time during a fit session
* Possess normal manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
