E-Commerce Intern

Tasks

Responsibilities:

* Order Processing (daily)
* Print new incoming orders from Online Store system and verify stock
* Work closely with E-Commerce WH personnel for online sales transactions
* Send out daily tracking
* Help assist customers with phone orders and product questions

E-Commerce Reporting:

* Pull weekly reporting from E-Commerce team from Google Analytics
* Pull weekly product sell through reporting and report online product sell through and trends
* Assist with special online reporting projects as defined by E-Commerce Manager

Performance Marketing:

* Assist with Paid Search initiatives: responsible for meeting notes within agency calls, assist with planning agency workshops
* Maintain online digital calendar for U.S. and Canada
* Assist with Affiliate marketing initiatives: help review commissions, assist with online banner program, responsible for meeting notes during agency calls, help create email pushes for new products/promotions to Porsche Design publishers within affiliate platform

Other Responsibilities:

* Be part of Global E-Commerce weekly call with Germany team
* Assist with global projects as they relate to E-Commerce: web platform update, mobile updates, ERP and Affiliate network migration

The Porsche Design of America (PDoA) Online Shop Intern will be responsible for helping grow the US Online business by assisting with front-end product content updates, site enhancement projects, ecommerce reporting and assist with processing orders as submitted by online consumers.

The E-Commerce intern is a very important role within our department. We are a global team - The intern works very closely with each member of the team based in the U.S. - but will also have the opportunity to work with the E-Commerce team in Germany.
