At Mandarich Law Group, LLP, we are looking for great people to bring their passion and strong work ethic to the job. We are a creditors' rights law firm located in downtown Chicago. You should expect to handle high volumes of tasks and have your performance measured to expectations. We are looking for hard working and high achieving personality types.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position, eligible for overtime in accordance with Federal and State wage and hour laws.

SUMMARY:

As a Document Template Programmer you will be responsible for creating, migrating, and modifying all forms for the firm. Forms are word documents that receive data from our database. Each form is a letter, complaint, legal filing, or other document required for use when filing new suits, garnishment, or use in service of process. While some forms are simple, others require intricate if/then statements, data formatting, and/or modifications to the firms database. Each form will require attorney approval and significant oversight of content prior to production. This position will require learning the firms database, what data points are required for each form, and how the forms creation will interact with the firms administrative staffs workflow.

Education/Training

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience

* Microsoft Windows experience
* Proven time management and project management skills
* Ability to work with tasks that require high attention to detail
* Strong technical skill-set and ability to learn new technologies quickly
* Ability to multi-task and manage time in a fast paced environment
* 2+ years' full-time related experience
* Significant Microsoft Access or Word Merge Experience



Technical Knowledge Requirements

* Microsoft Word Merge
* Basic programming knowledge including
* o Boolean Logic
* o Order of Operations
* o If/Then Statements, including nesting


* SQL Knowledge Preferred
* .net Languages helpful
* Visual Basic Knowledge Helpful
