ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

JUUL Labs is searching for a Document Control Specialist to join the Quality Systems team. Reporting to the Document Control Manager, they will directly support various activities around process implementation and improvement. Activities include but are not limited to, document review and formatting, working in the eLearning Management System and troubleshooting with system users as required. Additional responsibilities are listed below:

* Create, verify and process document change orders (DCO) in Propel
* Issue and track employee training using eLearning Management System
* Assist with implementation activities of new EDMS and LMS as well as on-going support of each system
* Track and control training records
* Communicate with cross-functional groups to determine documentation and training needs
* Perform tasks to support the implementation of other Quality System elements as needed
* Assist in regulatory audits as back room document control support
* Assist in other projects at the discretion of the department manager, as needed

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience in a regulated industry is a must
* Proficient knowledge of FDA regulations and document control fundamentals (ISO13485, 21 CFR Part 11 and Part 820)
* Knowledge of training and LMS elements
* Extremely organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent proofreading skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work cross-functionally across organization
* Strong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
* Must be self-motivated individual with ability to handle, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience required.
