In this exciting role as a Configuration Assurance Administrator the primary focus of responsibility will be to support the project team to create, implement, and finalize change requests and change orders in the PLM System and ERP System along with maintaining the product Design History Folder.

BRAIN THERAPIES offers an integrated portfolio of devices

and therapies for the treatment of neurological disorders and diseases, as well as surgical technologies designed to improve the precision and workflow of neuro procedures.

A Day in the Life:

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

* Coordinates modification records for management control.
* Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system.
* Establishes change orders and prepares for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor.
* Prepares reports of change effect on overall product.
* Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities.
* Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.
* Member of project teams ensures projects are in compliance with document control policies and procedures; creates and maintains the Design History Record and Device Master Record in PLM.
* Performs file maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOM's), part drawings, Change Orders, process alerts and other customer documents using a PLM system and SAP.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor's degree with Minimum of 2 years of experience
* Advanced degree with a Minimum with 0 years of experience

Nice to Have: Preferred Requirements

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, desktop publishing software experience, familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems.
* Familiarity with modern ERP systems, PLM systems and manufacturing documentation (i.e. BOMs, item masters, DHF, DMR, etc.).
* Strong interpersonal communication skills.
* Office Skills: telephones, word processing, data entry, spreadsheet (PC), ERP software, and database systems.
* High capacity to multi-task; energized and self-actuated.
