Job Title: DMLSS Specialist

Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a DMLSS Specialist in Arlington, VA.

The DMLSS Specialist will be assigned administrator responsibilities for the day-to-day operation of EGS Maximo, Quickr, Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) and other future software applications. Tasks include ongoing maintenance and administration of multiple unique organizations with varying contractual requirements, work flows, preventive maintenance and inventory programs. Provide technical assistance to field staff and troubleshoot application issues. Works with data and configuration of key account's systems to ensure their facilities service platform is performing to expectations, including conducting analysis on new client objectives, planning and implementing new client requirements on the platform and monitoring how data is configured and system functions are operating to ensure they are in accordance with specifications. On occasions you will be required to travel to account locations to provide training, implementation support and/or assistance with inventory data collection efforts.

The incumbent must be energetic and innovative in his/her approach to systems analysis, with an emphasis on being able to work independent of constant supervision. Applicant must have a working knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems. Facility maintenance experience is a plus. Medical facility experience is a plus. Finally, must be comfortable working in a Government client based environment, with an emphasis on professional appearance and communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provide DMLSS training, updates and support to sites as needed
* Provide support completing RPIE/Asset inventory projects
* Troubleshoot preventive maintenance records and assist sites in achieving desired maintenance frequencies
* Create/Add/Modify/Remove location, asset, failure code, preventive maintenance, job plan, company, craft, labor, person, and inventory records in Maximo and DMLSS
* Prepare and manipulate large complex MS Excel spreadsheets
* Provide phone/web support
* Configure, manage, deploy and support mobile applications for technicians
* Provide minimal technical desktop troubleshooting of web browsers and other applications
* Provide application training via group, web or on-site

Qualifications:

* Experience with Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) administration
* Experience with IBM Maximo administration
* Expert experience with MS Excel
* Preferred IBM Maximo Anywhere
* Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills both oral and written
* Proficiency with iOS, Android and other mobile platforms
* Preferred understanding of facility preventive maintenance and operations
* Preferred experience with military and commercial medical facilities
