Digital Technology Development Senior Manager (Multiple Positions)

Responsibilities:

Digital Technology Development Senior Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Chicago, IL): Lead large-scale e-Commerce implementations, such as Hybris, Oracle/ATG, Sterling Order Management, Manhattan Associates, Demandware, Intershop, and IBM WebSphere Commerce, providing leadership, oversight and hands on contributions to the software design, development and integration. Lead estimations and provide detailed solution guidance for projects; participate in the development of conceptual and logical architectures, solution and design enterprise architectures that support client's business requirements; resolve integration and interfacing issues between various back-end systems; optimize application performance and scalability; assist project leadership and conduct project risk identification and mitigation planning; provide support to the sales effort on new business development pursuits, leading RFP responses, client roadmap and architecture assessments; manage the work of the team to deliver customer and leadership expectations; and allocate development activities to members of the development, testing and production support work stream. Represent multiple Hybris work streams to the customer and broader delivery team; consult with customers to understand business and technical requirements to design, build, deploy, and debug integrations within the workday functionality and constraints; and perform Hybris system design, development and testing activities. The individual will ensure the seamless delivery of deployment codes to appropriate environments using Continuous Integration tools; lead regular project status meetings as required by the customer engagement; report project status on a weekly basis or as project needs dictate; lead Accenture Hybris Architecture meetings and other internal leadership activities; coordinate all aspects, including budgetary guidance and management, with customer and broader delivery team; and successfully rationalize integrations on small and large projects. The individual will also leverage knowledge of SAP Hybris, IBM WebSphere commerce and Accenture deployment methodologies, and consulting skills to lead development work on complex enterprise Hybris engagements.
