Project Description:
* Our client is seeking a Digital Project Manager in Redmond,Washington - must be local or willing to relocate on own expense.
* This is a contract opportunity that does not offer sponsorship now or in the future and must work on W2.
Required Skills:
* A DPM serves as the one interface interlock between offshore teams and the client for publishing content on assigned websites with rapid turnaround times.
* Responsibilities include day to day management of client relationship, project capacity and resource forecasting, metrics and operational reporting, and day to day process execution.
* Closely work with on-shore managers to understand projects.
* Accountable for analysis of SLAs and trends.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate value.
* Responsible for scoping and solutioning web production projects.
* Establish, monitor, and communicate project plans and stats for web production projects.
* Partner with tech leads to identify process improvement opportunities.
* Provide optimization recommendations and solutions.
* Responsible for driving resolution to, and escalating risks associated with capacity or scope.
