The Position As a Digital Project Manager at Fuseideas you are responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of one or more digital projects, which can include site launch, online tools, web applications, advertising campaigns and more. We're looking for someone who is tech-savvy and has deep knowledge of how technology works to achieve business goals.

The right candidate must be able to provide end-to-end project management, including scope, budget, detailed planning and monitoring of project progress. They will be required to facilitate collaboration with internal teams to design, develop and implement project plans.

Requirements include expertise with project management software we use Jira and Workamajig, knowledge of content management systems, HTML, CSS, SEO tactics, Google Suite, Keynote, and user experience software.

Location Candidates living in the Greater Boston area are preferred as this position will primarily reside in our Winchester, MA office. However, consideration for other locations will be considered on a case by case basis.

Minimum qualifications to be successful in this role:

* 3+ years of Project Management work in a digital agency is preferred
* Thorough understanding of creative development and production process for both traditional and digital initiatives
* Experience in estimating, tracking, and managing multi-phase project budgets
* Able to think strategically, offering solutions that solve multiple levels of client needs
* Must be outgoing and able to speak directly to clients
* Build a strong sense of shared ownership of the client with the team; enable the team to deliver integrated solutions
* Work effectively and negotiate changes to maintaining high quality and strong results
* Communicate effectively and regularly with the client and with agency teams, keeping them both informed about projects, client needs, estimates, changes, new opportunities, problems and results.
* Exceptional time management, attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skills
* Familiarity with Workamajig and Jira is a plus.
* Work closely with the project management team to manage resource allocation
* Proven track record managing websites, both big and small
* Strong attention to detail and able to manage projects in an organized manner
* The ability to engage teammates
* Travel as needed
