Job Description:

Accountabilities:

* Collaborates with account teams to scope projects, build statements of work (SOW)
* Develops detailed project plans with timings, resource allocation, deadlines, and deliverables
* Works with Account Management, Analytics, Strategy, Creative, and UX to generate and handle schedules for overall project completion
* Continually assesses project statuses to ensure goals are being met and that they are within scope and budget
* Provides direction and insightful solutions to circumvent project issues and take advantage of opportunities
* Regularly communicates status of projects by means of daily updates, weekly meetings, and status reports
* Helps to maintain overall quality by reviewing deliverables crafted for a project
* Influences and evangelizes process improvement initiatives across multiple departments
* Diplomatically implements deadlines both internally and with clients

Education and/or Experience:

* Bachelor's degree
* Previous project management experience with advertising/marketing agency required
* 2-4 years of project management experience with an emphasis in digital marketing preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

* You have extraordinary interpersonal and analytical skills and ability to be a phenomenal teammate
* You are able to handle multiple and simultaneous deadlines
* With your excellent communication skills, you can coordinate and facilitate discussions and meetings across client and agency teams
* You understand workflow relating to marketing automation and CRM technologies (i.e. Marketo, Salesforce, Eloqua, HubSpot, Pardot, ExactTarget)
* You understand digital production processes for creating banner ads, emails, landing pages, campaign microsites and CMS based corporate websites.
* You have command of creative design and conceptual processes
* You are skilled in using project management tools (i.e. Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence)
