What You'll Be Helping Achieve

RPA is seeking a Digital Producer to join the Digital Production team. The Digital Producer will be proficient in project organization (estimating, planning and controlling enterprise site content updates, releases, maintaining status and mitigating issues/risks/blockers). We want you versed in various workflows (waterfall, agile, hybrid) and tools (MS Teams/Sharepoint, InVision, Sketch, Jira, SmartSheets, etc.) so delivery is efficient and of the highest-quality. Excellent communication skills are a must. Must have proven ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas/issues is a must. Automotive experience is required. Candidates will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in delivery of Website/Web-based Applications and Website content and ongoing maintenance projects.

How You'll Excel In Your Role

* Extensive website knowledge a must. Understanding of scheduling and estimates, ability to explain concepts and tasks to others in a clear way, familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint, Jira and SmartSheets
* Digital Production Agency and/or Advertising Agency experience a plus
* Automotive experience
* Clear communicator, solid team management and organizational skills. Must be able to multi-task and deal with hard deadlines
* Must be team oriented
