As part of the Digital Content Marketing team at AAA-NCNU, the Digital Content Manager will utilize our content management systems to publish new content onto relevant websites and digital channels for our AAA Club. Additionally, this position is responsible for updating and maintaining existing content across these same sites. This position works closely and collaborates with the various lines of business, Digital Marketing team, Brand Management, and outside resources to coordinate website efforts. The majority of the content creation and curation for our Web properties is handled by third-party creative agencies and independent resources, with whom you will have lots of interactions. Essential Functions: Develop and manage workflows for new and existing content, including publishing and updates across multiple content management platforms. The development and management of content-including copy, imagery, icons, and links- for new webpages will utilize the existing information architecture and website functionality. This will include managing the editing of copy, images, videos and associated graphic assets for use on our digital channels (including specialized marketing landing pages) Provide recommendations on page layout, wireframes, architecture and visual design to optimize the use of created and/or curated content with the intent of maximizing page conversions; as part of this function you need to ensure consistent, engaging user journey/experience across all web pages Audit existing content to improve SEO ranking (Search Engine Optimization) while maintaining real-time site integrity. Integral to this function: (a) Establish quality control measures to ensure content is high-quality, on-brand, and optimized for search; (b) Advocate for and recommend A/B testing of page content across the site; (c) Rigorously troubleshoot issues and report them to appropriate teams, following the progress of bug fixes through to completion In coordination with our third party resource, track analytics of content pages and report out findings. This will include the planning and implementation of effective linking strategies/tactics to enhance page rankings. Provide insights into the product roadmap to help prioritize additional website and CMS features. Additionally: (a) Ensure all content is curated and created using a mobile first view; (b) Counsel Social Media team on development of custom branch content required for use on Yelp, Google My Business, and through other web locations using Yext; (c) Devise a digital content strategy that supports key business goals While this position does not supervise any individuals; that said this position does manage a host of outside third-party resources (content creators and publishers) and needs to collaborate well with internal departments. The budget associated with content creation/publishing is $500,000. Knowledge and Skills: Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Computer Science, Marketing, Computer Engineering, or related/relevant field 10+ years of hands-on digital publishing and product management experience utilizing high-caliber CMS tools and other technology platforms; or equivalent combination of education and experience Technical proficiency in website editorial style and standards, digital publishing and SEO best practices, Google/Adobe Analytics, and project management/issue tracking systems (like Jira) Professional certifications and specializations related to a digital publishing occupation a plus #Corporate
