Job Description

The Digital Business Solutions (DBS)Rotation Program provides an 18-24 month cross-training experience that allows individuals to rotate through the functional or technical SAP areas including: Operations, Application Development, Sales and Distribution, Finance, Procurement, eCommerce and Master Data. The Digital Business Solutions Rotation Associate will be responsible for the daily tasks and projects outlined by their rotation lead. Each focus area will be approximately three months in length. Upon completion of the program, participants are expected to transition into a functional or technical area and role that capitalizes on their strengths and aligns with the needs of the business.

* Works closely with Focus Area Team to complete projects within specified time frames.
* Supports and addresses questions and issues that arise during the program; takes ownership of resolution.
* Takes a hands-on approach as it relates to the assigned projects.
* Performs related duties as assigned.

Requires broad training in fields such as management information systems, business administration, accountancy, Finance, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program.
