Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate gathering business requirements for banking products initiatives and produce business requirements document
* Partner with business, QA, and technology leads through project life cycle to develop, test, and implement change
* Manage user acceptance testing process to business teams are properly engaged and test changes
* Handle technology related inquiries from partners and responsible for issue resolution
