Java Architect; Location - NY, USA Skills & Qualifications: • Energy, drive and passion to work, and operate in a digital world • Overall 10+ Years of experience in IT • 5+ years of experience working in Cloud Native applications and microservice development, support domain - at-least 3+ years of experience in developing applications and microservice. • Strong knowledge and experience on developing microservices using Java Springboot, Angular JS, Javascript • Strong knowledge on SQL and NoSQL database. • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps to support continuous delivery of the application • Experience in agile teams is an added advantage • Knowledge and experience with automated test tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in cross-functional teams Key Responsibilities: • Responsible to Design, Architect and develop cloud applications and microservices • Design microservice based architecture aiming for reusability and scalability across digital projects. • Develop, Implement, Deploy and Technical Support of microservices and web applications • Bring in technology transformation solutions that can deepen customer engagement, satisfaction, and profitability through the use of digital channels • Works as a Technical Architect alongside the Client's Business SMEs and other supporting team members to create architecture blueprint, estimation and deliver a complete end-to-end solution • Operate in a hyper-collaborative way and follow these guiding principles: o Put customers first o Value common sense and simplicity over complexity o Make decisions quickly and move nimbly o Celebrate diverse ideas o Succeed and fail together as a team • Able to work and deliver in an agile framework • Able to define automated test strategy to ensure the quality of the delivered cloud application/microservice • Work close closely with a cross-disciplinary team, including technology, business team, marketing and country teams to understand the business requirements and design the necessary solution • Continually drive towards a meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives and technical feasibility • Own the execution of cloud solutions and ensure that the solution works per the agreed architecture, SLAs, KPIs and business model • Recommending tools and platforms that would help implement the defined use cases
