Job Description

Description:Energetic, motivated and skilled leader needed to join a forward-looking DevOps team to help enhance the development, integration, test and deployment of many of our Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) systems in Manassas, VA. Hundreds of engineers and other users depend on the performance, reliability and productivity of the environments that our team helps to establish and maintain, to produce the systems critical to our customers' mission successes.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in architecting continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for medium-to-large scale system development.

Experience in leading teams to implement the above.

Experience configuring, building, installing, and troubleshooting system builds of source software and COTS/FOSS products.

Expertise with build automation frameworks and tools spanning the pipeline, for example: Jenkins, Tomcat, Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Nexus, Puppet, Ansible, Chef.

Ability to author and maintain complex build automation using python, bash, Maven, Gradle and/or other such tools and languages.

Expertise with virtual machines and containers.

Knowledge of Linux administration.

Knowledge of security principles.

* Familiarity with agile concepts and supporting tools for an agile framework.
* Experience in database administration and query languages.
* Software development experience with C, C++, and/or Java.
* Understanding of network architecture and protocols.
