Infostretch is looking for a DevOps Engineer with a minimum 5+ years of experience in DevOps , mainly on CI/CD in a large scale Jenkins environment based in Pleasanton location. Overall one should be really experienced and passionate about CI and CD, and enjoy developing solutions around it.

Job Responsibilities

* Experience with the architectural and Production aspects for building and managing highly automated, secure, highly available multi-tier solutions using a wide array of CI/CD products
* Design, implement, and maintain highly available infrastructure on AWS
* Develop effective tooling to accelerate deploy and release management
* Build and implement monitoring and logging services
* Work with application engineering to cultivate operational standards
* Hands-on Jenkins Pipeline as code implementation experience leveraging Groovy DSL
* Familiar with CI and CD pipelines, Promotion strategies between environments
* Build management tool ( ANT, Maven , cradle etc) . Maven knowledge required. ( Knowledge of Parent POM, Plugin management etc)
* Artifactory/Nexus Basics
* Coding skills ( shell, Python ) not advanced. Shell scripting is a requirement
* Good experience with Linux and debugging
* Proficiency with scripting languages (Shell, Python)
* Strong organizational, communication skills and detail oriented

Required Qualifications

* Minimum 4+ year's experience in DevOps. (Can be even a combination of Development and DevOps experience )
* Must have real-world demonstrated expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines
* Must have BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or similar technical field

Preferred Qualifications

* Configuration management Basics
* Cloud awareness ( AWS , Azure etc)
* Python is nice to have
* Docker, Kubernetes basics
* ELK basics
