Developer Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Developer Lead to join our team in Kirkland, WA. As the Developer Lead, you will have the opportunity to build research accelerators for top tier university students using specific technologies. Your responsibilities will include the following:

* Writing technical specifications and estimates
* Unit testing, diagnosing and debugging code issues
* Working with QA to resolve defects
* Managing offshore resources and deliverables
* Mentor other developers as a lead

Requirements:

* 5+ years of software development experience
* BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* Exceptional communication skills, a great communicator
* Strong C# individual contributor as a Developer Lead
* Prior experience managing offshore resources as a lead developer
* Proven experience with the following products and technologies: C#, .NET, ASP.NET, WPF.
* Prior experience with HTML5 preferred
* Prior experience working on Microsoft Corporation Development Projects
