Position Overview

Provide best in class technical support to all staff local and remote, for computer networks and related computing environment. Maintain a high level of Service Excellence in performing all duties

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Minimum 2 years of Information Technology experience with computer hardware and network administration.
* Active Directory and MS Exchange experience.
* Connectivity configuration experience. Including HTTP, SSL, FTP/Secure FTP, web folders, telnet.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Active-Sync to configure mobile devices.
* Knowledge of DNS and basic TCP/IP troubleshooting tools.
* Knowledge of desktop imaging concepts and systems
* Knowledge of Virtual desktop concepts and systems
* Knowledge of Network and VPN is required
* Knowledge of Voice over IP telephony systems
* Knowledge of SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services are a plus.
* Some knowledge of Server Level Administration Concepts and Systems
* Must work under limited supervision. Must demonstrate good analytical skills as it relates to data identification and mapping and excellent oral communication skills. Must be flexible and able to multi-task and be able to work within deadlines; must be team-oriented, but also be able to work independently.
* Must be flexible to active production environment, updates and changes must be done off-hours.
