Support newcomer and recurring training to users on Air Force and DoD sites and tools, desktop applications and other hardware as necessary. Expertise is needed in various IT disciplines (CM, Requirements Management, IT break-fix, and maintenance procedures), practices, tools, and help desk support. The resource shall support IT Hardware Installation, Maintenance, and Break-fix Support: Includes commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) desktop, laptop, and notebook computers, tablet PCs, scanners, printers, docking stations, and the other computer peripheral equipment and accessories.

The resource shall also support Software Installation, Maintenance, and Break-fix Support: Includes COTS desktop and laptop operating and application software to include Microsoft (MS) Windows® operating systems (OS) like Windows 10® and any legacy MS Windows® OS, MS Office® suite of applications, Internet browsers, Adobe Acrobat® Professional, scanning software, antivirus software, and any other software applications that can be installed on a Windows® OS.

The resource shall support Network Hardware and Software Installation, Maintenance, and Break-fix Support to include: NIPRNET, SIPRNET, remote desktop, telephone, Voice-Over-Internet Protocol (VOIP), mobile phones, Wide Area Network, CITRIX® and CISCO® client.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree and 3 (three) years of experience with a desired emphasis in information technology, computer science or related curriculum.
* Possess Secret Security Clearance and be eligible to obtain NATO Secret.
* Security+ Certification.
* Three years minimum experience providing IT technical support.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience providing support to the Air Force or other DoD agency at the Pentagon or other headquarters.
