The main responsibilities are helping clients with their computing needs:
* Customer service first. * Wants to help * Do what is necessary and within policy * Follow policy, but communicate with customer * Troubleshooting skills for End user devices * Win 7 and Win 10 * Office Applications * Microsoft Link * Desktops * Laptops * Encryption * Networking * Printers * Tablets * Thin clients * Raspberry Pi a + * Understanding of infrastructure (Knowledge of how it works /hands on better) * Active Directory account maintenance * Group policy * DHCP / DNS * Ticketing * Imaging * Change Control * Process oriented * Not afraid of a manufacturing environment * Willing to help with and learn any legacy or new technology
