Job Description
OverviewPerella Weinberg Partners is actively searching for undergraduates who are smart, hardworking and goal oriented to join our team as a desktop support technician. You will support Perella Weinberg Partners' users, working closely with colleagues throughout all areas of the firm. You will be expected to provide first level of support to all employees.
During this internship, you will have direct exposure to the business, help troubleshoot technology issues with users and be mentored by senior team members. Our team cares about your ability to solve problems in a sustainable way by working with people, not just technologies. However, these are the technologies we use most:
* Active Directory
* Microsoft Exchange
* Microsoft Office
* iPhone and Android devices managed by a MDM system Video Conferencing Avaya PBX phone system Various Market Data Network Printers Virtual Desktop Environment International and remote assistance for all PWP offices
