Job Description

The East-West team is seeking a Desktop and Server Administrator Volunteer who will diligently solve a wide range of desktop issues and assist with the IT needs for onboarding and offboarding staff. The volunteer will resolve East-West's helpdesk tickets and assist with general IT needs of the staff.

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities

* Uphold a close and growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a faithful member of a local church
* Experience with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems for both PC and Macs
* Knowledge of planning, installing, configuring and supporting desktop hardware and software
* Problem solver - ability to look at complex scenarios, dissect them, research, and propose correct solutions
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, including proficiency in evaluating and prioritizing issues
* Ability to effectively and clearly communicate technical concepts to all audiences
* Strong problem-solving skills, conscientious and detail-oriented
* Exhibits customer focus and dedication to service excellence and customer satisfaction
* Ability to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
* Driven to constantly improve IT operations and support - not satisfied with the status quo
* Driven to abide by standards of operations and to develop new standards when necessary
