Who You'll Be Working With:

The Integration Quality (IQ) Department focuses on end to end (E2E) defect reduction. We test client implementations & major enhancements across each client's ecosystem meeting workstream based success criteria. Our team engages other Evolent, Health Plan, and Partner Testing Teams to prepare capability under test for operational readiness. Our framework and tools are employed to identify areas of confidence & risk across technical & operational workflow before production. Our employees bring leadership and rigor to each testing effort reusing assets as much as possible & conducting business to the IQ standard for risk mitigation.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivery is managed in phases as defined by our Test Plan. The Delivery Manager (DM) creates & manages custom preparation, build, execution, & closure testing activities for each phase & capability under test. The DM engages leadership, domain leads, engineers, and analysts rounding out the team with Evolent and Partner constituents to facilitate end to end testing activities in a timely manner. The DM is accountable for meeting success criteria (KPI) for an engagement and responsible for day to day activities of small, medium, & large deliveries. DMs report to the IQ Director. The DM is:

* responsible for the human resources for the IQ Pune team
* the day to day point of contact and escalation representing IQ for assigned scope
* responsible for standards enforcement as directed by accountable executive & director
* responsible for test plan creation, maintenance, approval, & socialization (level set)
* responsible for staffing inventory creation, interdepartmental staffing requests, & upkeep of the staffing needs throughout the assigned testing effort (capacity model provided)
* responsible for the test case suite using a compilation of existing test assets & / or domain lead support to complete creation of the test cases to business or technical requirements
* responsible for participation in master schedule task identification, maintenance, and reporting with the project manager to ensure definition of testing activities in a precise & timely manner
* responsible for identification and sequencing of end to end testing dependencies with the project manager as identified by the program team for use in the master schedule
* responsible for day to day operation of testing preparation, build, execution, and closure activities with the assigned testing team including but not limited to test management, data management, environment management, defect management, status reporting, confidence & risk reporting
* responsible to set and analyze test case execution goals on a weekly basis to support productivity reporting and manage day to day capacity as required for assigned scope
* responsible to manage workstream defects with the testing team through defect tracking, IT engagement, and analysis supporting defects against exit criteria
* responsible to manage, compile, maintain, and report risk, issues, and decisions with the program team
* responsible to coordinate and facilitate test team meetings supporting testing activities
* responsible to establish & report environment status, load schedules, and outage needs with the testing team
* assigned other duties as required

The Experience You'll Need (Required):

* BS or BA Degree
* A minimum of 10 years of multi-system end to end test management experience
* Demonstrable experience managing at least one large testing effort of over 50 testers with multiple workstreams that included at least System Integration Testing & User Acceptance Testing test types
* Demonstrable experience managing at least one Medicaid, Waiver Program, Health Insurance Marketplace, Commercial, or Medicare healthcare implementation with an EPO, HMO, or PPO plan type
* Demonstrable experience operating testing activity under a mature SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) delivering a leadership approved test plan (or strategy document)
* Demonstrable experience operating test management and defect management tools with a role as the liaison to development teams responsible for prioritizing fix remediation
* Demonstrable experience generating effective test metrics, compiling effective status reporting, and driving the testing team activities from the reporting escalating as needed
* Demonstrable experience with test asset and test data management
* Demonstrable experience with resource management such as capacity modelling, productivity analysis, surplus / shortage reporting, and internal staffing acquisition
* Demonstrable experience with environment management and releases
* Demonstrable experience in verbal and written communication with test teams and program leadership
* Demonstrable experience working concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints
* General knowledge of EDI transactions such as 820, 834, 837, 835, 277U, 999
* General knowledge of managed care data flow and system landscape
* General knowledge of operational areas such as Benefit Configuration, Enrollment, Provider Data, Reimbursement, Utilization Management, Claims, and Pharmacy Benefits Management
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
* Experience to deliver job responsibilities listed above
