What You'll Do

* Manage program delivery from the Client location and serve as the first point of escalation
* Responsible for the account relationships on client senior levels. He or she will work with the leadership team to formulate strategy and successful delivery of programs and for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the program
* Establishes and builds relationships with appropriate client-side peer, resolves delivery issues, understands and manages client expectations to result in an exceptional client experience
* Anchor and drive the steering committee meetings about the delivery status for all projects
* Track and support the activities of project teams to ensure quality and timeliness of program execution
* Ensure engagement objectives are in continuous alignment with the evolving business direction
* Get first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in services
* Expected to have a level in technical & functional knowledge to explain business problems to internal teams and cascade information as needed
* Assist account managers in related business development activities to grow mind share and market share in the account Review solution and estimate for new opportunities
* Should be able to tactically handle internal escalations among project teams
* Capable to establish end to end delivery process for a team or program
* Prior technical background

What You Have

* Previous experience as Delivery Manager leading large team (50-100+) in onshore/offshore model
* Previous experience leading 5-10 projects in parallel
* Experience with financial services a plus
