Job Description:

* Translate, normalize and map raw real estate listing data into a data aggregation database using Actian Data Connect
* Write scripts to automatically manipulate the data and images into standardized formats
* Perform quality reviews and improvements on existing feeds
* Perform maintenance on data issues caused by schema changes
* Review and resolve customer complaints relating to listing data and photos

Necessary Qualifications and Skills:

* Experience working with Sql databases
* Programming languages: vb script, command line DOS
* Real Estate or Multiple Listing Service knowledge
* Minimum 2 years of programming experience
* The ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
* Good communication skills both verbal and written
* Customer /Technical support experience
* Able to work with minimum supervision

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

* Experience working in a technical support or customer service role
* Experience mapping Real Estate data
* Experience with RETS
* Experience using PowerShell
* Experience interfacing with customers and vendors
* Experience using Pervasive or an equivalent mapping tool
* Degree in computer science or equivalent
* In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software
