The Data Programmer for Pharma Services will be responsible for building programs to craft databases from the laboratory information systems. Drive all aspects of the validating and verifying the database as per the client's and project's data transfer specifications.

Core Responsibilities

* Responsible for building datasets for each project and ready for upload based on project manager's timelines.
* Identify and edit checks per the data validation plan or data management plan.
* Review current standard operating procedures, make recommendations to improve processes and ensure implementation of agreed upon process improvements
* Work with external and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data to all impacted teams
* Assist with preparation or review of data reports and protocol revisions.
* Follow SDTM guidelines, as needed, to build datasets.

Education:

* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Computer Science.

Experience:

* We require 1+ year of clinical data programming experience

Qualification Requirements:

* Superior customer relationship and effective communication skills
* Demonstrate understanding of clinical trials projects and laboratory techniques
* Advanced interpersonal skills sufficient for developing complex, dynamic relationships with a diverse variety of individuals representing a broad cross section of cultures, disciplines and levels of sophistication
* Proven ability to work independently and be a positive teammate across diverse organizations
* Ability to tackle problems independently and advance problems appropriately in a timely manner
* Experience in MS Excel, SAS, Python, etc.
