Job Description

Deluxe New York is a feature/episodic DI and dailies facility. The candidate will have hands on experience with all aspects of the post production process and gain an understanding of data protocols as well as image and file formats currently in use in the industry.The position requires overtime and overnight shifts and is a great opportunity to enter post production in a high volume facility with the expectation you will grow in this role and become well versed in many post workflows.Day to day role:- Data I/O (hard drives, downloads, sending content via established connections)- Command line scripting (bash, zsh) - Image processing and transcodes- Data archival and verification- Basic terminal use for data managementRequirements:- Strong undertanding of the film post production environment and processes- Understanding of film capture methods and file formats- Highly detail oriented and focused- Capable of performing in high stress situations- Excellent at working with a team - Willing to learn and grow with the role
