Responsibilities

As a Data Center Field Analyst with Hines, you will be responsible for managing data center installation and decommissioning. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Responsible for the coordination of trade, material ordering and delivery schedules to ensure quality of installation
* Manages installation requests from initiation to closure
* Develop Method of Procedures (MOP) for single mode fiber installs
* Reviews all outstanding ticket request on a daily basis
* Updates the databases noted as required
* Perform equipment troubleshooting as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
* Two or more years of data center experience
* Experience working with a ticketing system
* Fiber optic troubleshooting
* Ability to work a flexible schedule
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
