Position Overview

Primarily responsible for supporting the deal setup team, including loading data files, obtaining, combining and processing image files, inventorying and communicating gaps in materials, and generally supporting business operations.

Essential Job Functions [Responsibilities the person in this role will be accountable for, assessed on, and/or measurable tasks]:

* Map and load data files
* Inventory images and documents, combine them, and load them to operational systems
* Monitor and download documents from SFTP sites and web-based client portals
* Communicate with Client Service Managers to obtain materials and identify deficiencies
* Administer user accounts in operational systems
* Assist in the buildout of data extracts and reports to support the organization.

Qualifications/ Requirements

* Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
* Four year college degree or equivalent work experience
* 3+ years of mortgage experience
* 3-5 years of experience working with FileZilla, PuTTY, and PDF editors
* Regex scripting highly desirable
* 2+ years of experience building t-SQL statements, MySQL preferred
* Strong communication (written and oral) skills
* Strong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multidimensional thinker
* Detail oriented and organized
* Strong commitment and dedication to the position and a Team Player
* Prompt and regular attendance is required
