The Business Information Security Officer (BISO) function within Global Information Security is responsible for information security control enforcement, cybersecurity awareness, and enablement across all lines of business, enterprise functions, technology, and operations teams. The BISO team also leads cybersecurity external engagement.

The Global Information Security Team is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to apply creativity and business acumen to build upon and execute our client focused cyber-security protection strategy for partnering lines of business. This role will be a core part of the taskforce established to drive a client focused protection strategy to deliver cyber-security as a service to the line of business with the intention of reducing fraud and cyber-events for Bank of America clients. This individual will also work closely with other bank teams including front office business leaders, department heads, and other cyber-security leaders to detect and disrupt fraud.

Responsibilities

* Partner alongside members of cyber crime workforce to deliver a client focused and proactive cyber security service to lines of business
* Drive reduction of bank and client losses due to cyber security events and related fraud
* Build and maintain relationships with front office business leadership to drive client product strategy as it relates to cyber security

Required Qualifications

* Demonstrated ability to influence executive management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership with Senior Leaders across the organization
* Experience using data to drive sound decision making; strong analytical skills
* Strategic planning, complex problem resolution and general management expertise
* Financial services products understanding and expertise
* Background within or complimentary to cyber-security, fraud and investigations
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner
* Innovative, fact-based and creative solutions-focused mindset, with ability to thrive in a rapidly-changing, collaborative environment
